1. Eligibility

1.1. Clients must be aged 18 or older to receive most treatments at Mojo Cosmetic Clinic. For certain treatments, clients under 18 may be eligible with parental or guardian consent. Proof of identity and age may be required prior to treatment.

2. Consultation Requirement

2.1. A mandatory consultation with a qualified Mojo Cosmetic Clinic professional is required prior to any treatment. This consultation is to assess suitability, discuss treatment options, and obtain informed consent. The type of professional (e.g., doctor, nurse, aesthetician) will depend on the treatment being considered. 2.2. During the consultation, the professional will discuss the specific risks, benefits, and aftercare instructions for the chosen treatment(s). 2.3. No treatment will be provided without a completed consultation. 2.4. The type, method, and application of treatments will be determined solely by the treating professional based on professional judgement and client discussion during the consultation.

3. Booking and Appointment Policy

3.1. Appointments must be booked in advance through the contact details provided by Mojo Cosmetic Clinic, subject to availability. 3.2. To secure your appointment, a deposit of $100.00* is required at the time of booking. This fee is deductable from any treatments or products purchased on the day of treatment. 3.3. Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments, late cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 48 hours’ notification may result in forfeiture of any pre-paid treatment or deposit. 3.4. Clients are requested to arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation or treatment time, or rescheduling at the clinic’s discretion. The latter will incur the forfeiture of the deposit. * Please note that Aptos Thread Lifting appointments require a $500.00 deposit, deductable from the final procedure fee.

4. Treatment Costs and Payments

4.1. All treatment costs will be outlined during the consultation. Any additional treatments or products beyond the agreed plan will incur separate costs, payable by the client. 4.2. Payments for treatments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated, and no treatment has a cash value or can be exchanged for cash or other services. 4.3. Mojo Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to adjust pricing for treatments or products at any time without prior notice, except for pre-paid bookings.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. Clients must fully disclose their medical history, allergies, current medications, and any relevant health conditions during the consultation to ensure safe treatment. 5.2. Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in treatment cancellation without refund or compensation. 5.3. Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided by the clinic to support optimal outcomes and safety. 5.4. Mojo Cosmetic Clinic is not liable for adverse reactions or issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to adhere to care instructions.

6. Treatment Outcomes

6.1. Mojo Cosmetic Clinic provides treatments in accordance with professional standards, using high-grade, approved products and equipment. However, aesthetic results are subjective and may vary by individual. 6.2. No therapeutic promise or guarantee of specific outcomes is provided. The clinic is not liable for dissatisfaction with aesthetic results or unexpected outcomes, as these are influenced by individual factors.

7. Refusal of Treatment

7.1. Mojo Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if a client is deemed unsuitable due to health, medical history, or other clinical factors. In such cases, the clinic may offer an alternative treatment or refund any pre-paid amount at its discretion.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

8.1. By booking and receiving treatment, clients consent to Mojo Cosmetic Clinic collecting personal information (e.g., name, contact details, medical history) for the purpose of administering treatments, in line with the clinic’s Privacy Policy. 8.2. Clients may consent to the use of their name and general location (e.g., “Jane from Neutral Bay”) for promotional purposes after signing a media consent form, if unsigned, this will not be used.

9. Compliance with Regulations

9.1. All treatments and marketing activities at Mojo Cosmetic Clinic comply with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) regulations and other relevant Australian laws. 9.2. Clients are encouraged to review TGA guidelines regarding cosmetic treatments to ensure informed decision-making.

10. Liability

10.1. Mojo Cosmetic Clinic is not responsible for any adverse reactions, complications, or dissatisfaction arising from treatments, provided they are performed in accordance with professional standards and based on accurate client disclosures. 10.2. Clients undertake treatments at their own risk, acknowledging that aesthetic outcomes are not guaranteed.

11. Amendments to Terms

11.1. Mojo Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be available on the clinic’s website or upon request.
